Day 1- Vilanculos – Magarugue Island – Chigamane Camp.

MAGARUQUE ISLAND is 1.6 Km long and 1.4 Km wide, the third largest in the Bazaruto archipelago. It is the closest island to Vilanculos, and it has a permanent deep water channel immediately in front of the Villas enabling guests to experience reef snorkeling on their doorstep Magaruque lies just off the Vilankulo town, approximately 8km offshore.

Extensive tidal flats on the landward side create a mosaic of sapphire, indigo, and aquamarine with the tides, and the area boasts 2000 species of fish including the much sought after Marlin and Sail Fish. Just ten minutes by plane from the mainland, this private island offers seclusion and relaxation together with the natural beauty associated with this tropical paradise.

Day 2- Chigamane – South point Bazaruto – Two Mile Reef -Chigamane

Chigamane Beach Villa is situated a few kilometers outside the town of Vilanculos on the Central Mozambique coastline, the lodge lies ready to welcome from one to eleven guests in each of our two comfortably appointed, four-bedroom villas. The fully equipped and serviced, self-catering beach villas have unrivaled views of Benguerra, Bazaruto, and the Magarugue islands: jewels in the Vilanculos archipelago and an international dream destination for diving, snorkeling, and fishing.

Chigamane Beach Villas are ten steps away from an endless unspoiled beach: enjoy walking for miles on the undeveloped Indian Ocean coastline, resting under the palms, or quietly enjoying the varying delights of the dramatically changing tides. For boating enthusiasts, there is a launch area a stone’s throw from the property. At sunset, enjoy a cocktail beside the pool, as the Vilanculos coastline settles down for another balmy night.

Day 3- Chigamne – Zenguelemo Lodge- Bazaruto Island.

Zenguelemo is an authentic lodge located on Bazaruto Island within the Bazaruto Archipelago in Inhambane Province, Mozambique. This beautiful island lodge is intricately tied to the ocean, nature, and the local community. Zenguelemo operates as an eco-community lodge, coexisting with and giving back to the island through sustainable ecosystems.

Day 4- Free Day Castaway camp Zenguelemo Lodge Bazaruto Island.

Day 5- Santa Carolina Island - Vilanculos

Santa Carolina, or Paradise Island as it is locally known, is an isolated island with an abandoned resort situated between Bazaruto Island (one of the top 10 island breaks in Africa) and the Mozambique mainland.
